SGW, 6-6-18, Isaiah 50-51

Thanks for listening to “Searching God’s Word”  on KTTR.org  or searchinggodsword.org

Today’s lesson is from Isaiah 50-51. In these two chapters, Isaiah points out that Israel is in trouble because of their own disobedience. In spite of this, God has a plan for those who seek him. If they listen, he will save!  If you enjoy the lesson, tell others about our program and check out searchinggodsword.org.

Tonight, we were in 2 Thessalonians 3. In this final chapter of the 2 letters that Paul wrote. He reminds them again to pray for him. He warns strongly against idleness and gives a sign of authenticity by penning the final lines in his own hand. We hope you enjoy our lesson, but more, we hope it encourages you to live closer to our Savior! Check out searchinggodsword.org!

MSM, 6-5-18, Mark 5:21-43

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today, our lesson was from Mark 5:21-43. Here is the story of raising Jairus’s daughter from the dead. It is interrupted by the healing of a woman who had an issue for 12 years. Again, the power and authority of Jesus are aptly chronicled! As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

MSM, 6-4-18, Mark 5:1-20

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today, our lesson was from Mark 5:1-20. This is the story of Jesus casting a legion of demons out of a man. They entered a herd of pigs and were drowned. The local residents asked Jesus to leave and Jesus instructed the recovered man to go and tell, a reversal of most of his instructions. Much to consider! As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!
