SGW, 6-25-18, Psalms 123-125

Thanks for listening to “Searching God’s Word”  on KTTR.org  or searchinggodsword.org

Today’s lesson is from Psalms 123-125. These are more songs of ascent, going to worship. They remind us, first, that God is the one to whom we look. Second, our help comes from Him. And last, He surrounds us with protection. If you enjoy the lesson, tell others about our program and check out searchinggodsword.org.

MSM, 6-22-18, FFAF Adoption

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today was a Free-for-All-Friday. Our question today was not a direct Bible question but was about Biblical principle. Is it better to have a homosexual couple adopt a child than for the child to have no adoption? We tried to approach this from a Biblical perspective and discussed our system and options. Ultimately, the Bible is our guide.  As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

MSM, 6-21-18, Mark 8:22-38

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today, our lesson was from Mark 8:22-38. Jesus heals a blind man. He has a conversation with his disciples about what is coming. Peter challenges him, and he reminds everyone that it is not our way, but God’s that must be followed. Not my will, but thine be done!  As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today, our lesson was from Mark 8:1-21. Jesus again feeds a large crowd with very little, 4000 this time. He also is confronted by religious leaders demanding a sign. He warns his disciples beware of the influence of religious and secular leaders, man-made rules.  As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!
