Today, our lesson was from Mark 8:1-21. Jesus again feeds a large crowd with very little, 4000 this time. He also is confronted by religious leaders demanding a sign. He warns his disciples beware of the influence of religious and secular leaders, man-made rules.  As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

Today, our lesson was from Mark 6:14-29. In these verses, Mark identifies and explains that Herod (Antipas) thought Jesus was John the Baptizer resurrected from the dead. His reasoning was flawed and unfounded, facts were lacking. Herod’s disobedience was evident and sin brought consequences. But mostly, again the authority of Jesus was confirmed.
