Today, our lesson was from Mark 6:14-29. In these verses, Mark identifies and explains that Herod (Antipas) thought Jesus was John the Baptizer resurrected from the dead. His reasoning was flawed and unfounded, facts were lacking. Herod’s disobedience was evident and sin brought consequences. But mostly, again the authority of Jesus was confirmed. As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!
