MSM, 4-16-18, Hebrews 10:1-18

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today we looked at Hebrews 10:1-18. These verses tell us that we have a perfect sacrifice that is sufficient for all time. Not a continuous, over and over, annual sacrifice, but a once for all sacrifice. We have that in our High Priest, Jesus! As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

Today we looked at Hebrews 9:11-28. These verses tell us that a new covenant, requires and is sustained by a better sacrifice. Not a continuous, over and over, annual sacrifice, but a once for all sacrifice. We have that in our High Priest, Jesus! As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today we looked at Hebrews 9:1-10. These verses remind us of the old pattern that is passing away. A new pattern is here. We should stick to the new, better way! As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today we looked at Hebrews 8. We have a better high priest, a better covenant and better promises. Why accept anything less? As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!

MSM, 4-9-18, Hebrews 7:4-28

Thanks for listening to “Mike & Steve in the Morning”

Today we looked at Hebrews 7:4-28. Here, the writer of Hebrews makes the assertion that Jesus’s priesthood, because it is after the order of Melchizedek, is greater than Aaron’s. Aaron and all the priests under the Law were subordinate to Melchizedek, as Abraham, the father of them all, offered a tithe to and was blessed by Melchizedek. Our high priest, Jesus, is BETTER! As usual, we closed with a devo and prayer. Enjoy!
